UNLIMITED REMOTE SUPPORT
Under our monthly managed service contract, any remote support is included in your monthly cost and there is no limit on remote support. This includes tasks such as setting up or removing user accounts, setting up email on computers or phones, installing software or fixing issues. We can even remote control your computer and you can watch us fix your computer. Any time we can remote control your computer or walk someone over the phone, there is no extra charge.

MONITORING OF SYSTEMS
We can monitor any critical systems to make sure they are performing correctly. This includes making sure hard drive space is sufficient, that memory is being used efficiently, and that any server slowdowns can be identified quickly. We can also customize any monitor for your specific needs or applications.

ANTIVIRUS AND CONTENT FILTERING
Included in your monthly service contract is access to enterprise grade antivirus and content filtering. Our antivirus is constantly being updated to provide your company with the best protection available. Our content filtering can block access to non-work related sites or sites that may contain hidden malware or viruses. This keeps your employees working and more productive.

AUTOMATIC AND EMERGENCY PATCHING
With our automated and emergency patching, we can make sure your computers have any security patches. Our management software keeps track of yoru company's computers and lets us know if any computer may be vulnerable to exploits or known issues.

UPDATING COMMONLY-USED APPLICATIONS
Another feature we include with our monthly contract is updating of commonly-used applications. This includes software such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player, and Java. Keeping software up-to-date helps keep your computer secure by making sure that new security issues in popular software are patched. We have a list of over 250 commonly-used software that we can keep up-to-date on your computer.

SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE AUDITS
Do you ever want to know what kind of software is installed on your computer or even how many computers you own? We can provide you with a report on the computers we manage, including software installed on those computers, what hardware is installed on those computers, and what operating system is installed.

AUTOMATED TICKET SYSTEM WITH SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Our ticket system is accessible 24x7. During regular business hours, tickets are acknowledged within 15 minutes of receipt. For emergency cases, a special phone number will be given that will dispatch multiple technicians.
